Does your facility comply with NFPA 70E?
There are approximately 5-10 arc flash accidents involving a serious injury or fatality every day in the U.S. This has led the National Fire Protection Association to recognize and set standards for Arc Flash, Arc Blast, as well as electric shock safety in a document referred to as NFPA 70E. This document has been accepted by OSHA as the rulebook for electrical safety in the workplace.
