Training Program
Claypool Electric, Inc. sponsors an Apprenticeship Program that is approved by the State of Ohio Bureau of Apprenticeship Training. It is a four-year program, during which the employee gets relevant classroom instruction, as well as on-the-job training (and a paycheck!).
We are proud to now use the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) curriculum and are awaiting approval as an accredited training sponsor. This makes your skills more portable because contractors all over the country reconize NCCER's certifications.
All applicants are required to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks. No electrical experience is necessary.
